How long does shipping take?

Canada: For standard shipping, orders typically take 10-14 business days to arrive. With the expedited option, orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. 

US: orders are sent via Chit Chats and Ground Advantage. Packages usually take 4 - 7 business days to arrive. Shipping is a flat $6.

Refunds will not be given due to late/delayed packages.

How do I care for my jewelry?

  • Gently roll bracelet on and off to maintain elasticity.
  • Metallic accents can be polished with a soft cloth.
  • Do NOT get your jewelry wet.

Can I customize my bracelet?

Yes, I can work with you to customize any bracelet! If you prefer a different colour metallic accent, I can change it (ex. swap gold for silver.) If you would like to add or omit a certain gemstone, I can do that too. Please reach out to me using my website contact form or the chat and let me know what you're looking for.

How do I use the jewelry with my essential oils?

Simply place a drop or two of your favourite essential oil on the lava bead(s) and the aroma should last a few hours to depending on the quality of the oil you use. All orders are sent with an instruction card.

Sizing details:

For the best fit please measure your wrist with a tape measure and add 1/2 inch to your measurement. (If you don't have a tape measure just use a piece of yarn and then measure with a ruler.)

**Please note that the number of beads and pattern of your bracelet may look different than the picture depending on the size of your bracelet. If you ordered the wrong size, please contact me for an exchange.

How are items packaged?

Each order is placed in an organza bag along with a card explaining the gemstone properties. Please note that if you order 2 or more bracelets, ALL bracelets will be put into the same organza bag in order to cut down on packaging and waste. If you need them packaged separately, please let me know in an email.

Why does my gemstone look different than the picture?

Because I use high-quality, authentic gemstones, sourced from all over the world, sometimes the gemstone on your bracelet or necklace will look a little different than what is shown. This is due to slight imperfections in the gemstones or variations of colours. I try my best to match, but not all gemstones look the same. They are all unique, just like you!

How to cleanse/charge my gemstones?

It is said that gemstones carry energy and are a high-vibrational piece of earth. Because of this, gemstones can absorb the energy around it.

What if I'm not happy with my item?

If you receive your bracelet and you're not 100% happy with it, please contact me. I do accept returns or exchanges but please CONTACT ME FIRST to get my return address. All returns must be sent to my home address. You may see a different return address on your order package. Please DO NOT SEND the return to that address.

If an item is returned in its original condition, your item(s) will be refunded minus the cost of the original shipping. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. If an item is "returned to sender" due to a wrong address, that item will not be refunded.
