Repairs & Resizing
Bracelets are strung on a durable stretch elastic to make daily wear extra easy. While we test all bracelets for strength before shipping, they are still elastic and accidents may happen.
We have a 30-day restring policy on all stretch bracelets. Within this time frame you can mail your piece back to me and I will restring your bracelet and ship it back to you for free. You are responsible for the shipping cost to get the bracelet back to me.
If you need a bracelet to be restrung outside of this time frame, there will be a $6 restringing fee. You are also responsible for the shipping cost to get the bracelet to me for repair. This fee covers the cost of the string replacement, any small pieces that may be missing, my time and the return shipping to you.

We do not restring any bracelets from other companies.
Did you order the wrong size bracelet? No problem! I am happy to adjust it to a more comfortable fit for a very small cost (this covers my materials, time, and postage to ship it back to you.)
If you ordered a bracelet and it doesn't fit, just re-measure your wrist and ship the original bracelet back to me.
1. Send the item back to me. Item must be shipped back in a padded envelope to protect from damage. You cover the shipping costs back to me.
2. Send me an email telling me you've shipped the item (email@example.com).
3. Once I receive the item, I will send you a "resize" item to purchase which is $5. I will resize and ship back to you.
Failure to comply with these instructions will result in cancellation of your order and no resize will be provided.
