 SHIPPING POLICY

At Essential Jewelry 4U, I am committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. Due to the fact that many items are handmade to order, please allow up to 1 - 3 business days to process, please factor in this time in addition to shipping estimates. Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm. 

If for any reason there is a delay in processing and/or shipping, the customer will be directly notified.

SHIPPING DOMESTIC

All domestic shipping is fulfilled through Chit Chats Courier on our end. 

Shipping within Canada: With the free shipping option, packages usually take 7-10 business days. If an item is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it yet, please wait 2-3 business days as they usually show up within that time.

Expedited Shipping: Includes full tracking number and sent using Chit Chats Courier. Usually arrives within 3-5 business days of shipping date. Tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped. Essential Jewelry 4U will not provide refunds for delayed packages.

 Canada Post ExpressPost: Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. Usually arrives within 1-2 business days of shipping date. Tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped. Essential Jewelry 4U will not provide refunds for delayed packages.

 Essential Jewelry 4U is not responsible for stolen packages.

Please ensure you double check your shipping address before placing your order as Essential Jewelry 4U is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

U.S.A. SHIPPING

All US orders are sent via USPS Ground Advantage. Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. Generally arrives within 3-7 business days of shipping. Tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped.

Essential Jewelry 4U is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please ensure you double check your shipping address before placing your order as Essential Jewelry 4U is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information. If your package is returned because of a wrong address, you will be deducted $6 from your refund due to the customs/duty I have to pay to get the package across the border again.

 LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available for Calgary and Area customers.

When your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email with all the pick up info. Please DO NOT go there asking for your order until you have received the pick up email.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

As a small business, I make all pieces to order. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, I will gladly accept UNWORN items still with all original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order for refund or exchange.

Please email info@essentialjewelry4u.com with your information and I will send you the address to mail the approved return item(s). 

When I have received the approved exchange items, I will refund the item (minus any shipping costs.)

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Essential Jewelry 4U is not responsible for items lost/damaged in transit when returning items.
