For the best fit please measure your wrist with a tape measure and add 1/2 inch to your measurement. (If you don't have a tape measure, just use a piece of yarn and then measure with a ruler.) If you're unsure, the average children's size is 5.5", the average women's wrist size is 7" and the average men's wrist size is 8". .
