SIZING:

For the best fit please measure your wrist with a tape measure and add 1/2 inch to your measurement if you like your bracelet snug, or add 1 inch if you prefer your bracelet loose. (If you don't have a tape measure, just use a piece of yarn and then measure with a ruler. If you're unsure, the average women's size is 7" and the average men's size is 8".)
